Thai chef from Amarillo?!?

Last night we met up with our friend from Amarillo - we had no idea he was an amazing chef. Apparently he worked in a Thai restaurant for 3 years. Anyway, I don't even like bell peppers really and he worked them magically in with coconut milk, basil, some curry, chicken, and lots of rice. It was a party in my mouth!

Then he went on to educate us about the Arab world - he's incredibly smart and has learned a fair amount of Arabic during his time here in London. We might have to try to follow suit!

Today was an absolutely beautiful day - my team took a real lunch today and sat outside eating our pizzas.

We're just happy to be back together - sorry we don't have much exciting to write about. We'll try to go on vacation soon or something.

Cheers!

Hey guys - your older brother here. Anyway, I noticed you mentioned something about you two going on vacation. If you could let me know the dates and where you can leave a spare key....I auctioned off a week's stay in an authentic London flat (it all goes to charity), so if you could let me know when this vacation that you speak of is going to be, I can let my friends...I mean the winning bidders....know when they can hop over the pond.

Cheers to you, too
