Long walk home, but we are OK!

Thanks for everyone who's been emailing to check on us - no worries, as the explosions were to the north and we live and work in the south.

MOL and AJ arrived safely, as well as friend Bethany - all of them will be spending their time a bit differently than they'd planned.

We left work early today - and began a three hour trek home. We avoided all forms of transport besides our own two legs. Except for the length, it's quite a pleasant walk overlooking the Thames. The musical accompanient could have also been done without: there was rarely a 60-second stretch without multiple sirens blaring.

We're going to eat dinner, but I wanted to give you a brief update!
